WARNING ABOUT COUNTERFEITING AND IMITATING TRICKS OF ORIGIN, FILM CODE OF NTECH-CERAMAX BRAND’S ORIGIN AND– NDFOS FACTORY – KOREA
With the increasing popularity of Ntech- Ceramax window film brand, manufactured from Ndfos factory - Korea - Office in Seoul: 6F, Fantagio Building, 648 Samsung-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea. Currently, some brands are counterfeit or imitate the names of Ntech film codes such as Blue65, SCH35 BK... and Ceramax brands such as Max50 - Max30 - Max20...!

These small companies often use some methods that are printing film code names identical to those of Ntech and Ceramax on film rolls of unknown origin or setting similar name codes, for example: Ntech has Sch35bk code, fake film is named: New Sch35bk…!
This is a violation of the law on brand rights and takes advantage of the organization’s reputation for personal gain as well as deliberately deceiving customers by cunning deception, taking advantage of customer’s trust in the Ntech – Ceramax brand.
With that situation, we urge customers to be careful and carefully check the information when being consulted and double-check whether the sales staff is an employee of Star Window Film Co., Ltd. or not!

Star Window Film Co., Ltd is the exclusive representative of importing and distributing products of Ntech and Ceramax window film brands manufactured by NDFOS-Korea factory (with trademark protection) and we do not sell to anyone other than our dealer network. With many features and superior quality, Ntech and Ceramax window film products of our company have been favored and trusted by many customers for many years.
These imitation brands frequently feature:
• Word-of-mouth advertised as a brand of window film manufactured from Korea with the same origin as the Ntech – Ceramax brand produced by NDFOS factory, with the same product code but cannot be proved
• Word-of-mouth advertised as a Korean brand but cannot find the brand name as well as the website of the factory or the factory's headquarters in Korea
• Cannot provide a notarized certificate of origin (CO) or CO does not match the information as advertised
• Certificate of distribution in VN (CD), certificate of quality (CQ), packing list (PL) cannot be provided.
• There is no electronic warranty, no warranty card can be provided from Star Company for Ntech - Ceramax brand products
• Unable to prove the relation between the exclusive distributor of NDFOS products in Vietnam - Star company and factory, Ndfos Group in Korea
Therefore, through this article, we would like to inform customers who are using Ntech – Ceramax products to avoid buying counterfeit products, unnecessary misunderstandings as well as affecting the reputation of the Star Company and your trust in us!

• The QR code on the right corner of the certificate of origin (CO), shows the goods authentication information issued by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry. “Authenticity of a document Certified by KCCI” (Authenticity of a document issued/certified by Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Republic of Korea).

All officially imported goods are provided with CO.
• Ask the supplier to show the CO of the goods.
• CO provide the full range of information (as noted on the hardcopy CO image):

The suppliers often present CO hard copies to customers, however, due to the diversity of goods on the market which makes it difficult to control the origin of goods, it is inevitable that some suppliers who illegally import goods may forge documents.
Issued COs are encoded and updated on the electronic system of the CO issuing authority. Therefore, to verify CO, we can check and compare the hard copy with the electronic one by:

Method 2. To compare CO with other import documents:
• Check and compare the information on the CO with the attached documents such as Packing list and Import Bill of Lading of the shipment.
• Check and compare the information on the hard copy CO with the CO on the electronic system. (please see the image showing the screenshot of the electronic CO)
• Check the CO issuing date to verify the goods importing time. The supplier should be required to present the CO within the past 06 months (Time of 06 months to confirm that the product code is regularly imported, limiting counterfeit goods using CO of imported goods).
These are some of the easiest and most accurate ways for consumers to check and identify the origin of products and determine the reliability of suppliers.
For our own benefit, we should be wise consumers.
For the stability and development of the Vietnamese economy, for patriotism, we need to say "no" to smuggled goods, fake goods and counterfeit goods.
